Energy efficiency

The energy audit is the first step within any project path aimed at achieving greater efficiency and greater energy savings in a building. It consists of an in-depth analysis of the ways of using energy with the identification of the causes of any waste and the identification of appropriate improvement interventions, preliminary to the drafting of an energy plan that assesses both the technical feasibility but also and above all the economic proposed actions.

The main phases of intervention are represented by the following actions:

  • Initial energy analysis through the collection of preliminary information on consumption, energy requirements and type of production processes
  • Energy analysis within existing processes in terms of energy use and management
  • Elaboration of collected data and identification of possible technical solutions for improvement
